Lincoln’s face when he heard our new Air conditioner kick on!!! Praise the Lord! Our AC has been out since Friday so we’ve been piled up in one room with a couple window units🙌🏼🫠

🎉Happy closing day and CONGRATS to Frank & Alyssa!!!!🎉
Today we sold their home and closed on their new home! I am so happy and excited for these two because their new house is just perfect for them! We had several bumps in the road, their house went on the market in March & under contract a total of 3 times (the first 2 falling through due to buyers) and third time was a charm!🍀 Alyssa and Frank were ready to give up because hey, this market is crazy and selling/buying at the same time right now is tricky but they stuck it out and got the perfect house! Everything worked out perfectly!
