There are times in our lives that mixed and minced messages hinder our ability to remember the things we consider common-sense principles, in which case we may simply need some restoration and behavioral training/retraining on how to get back to a “new view” for healthier and more gratifying life experiences. Or simply put, improve our thinking errors.
