It is CE time again. I have been a Realtor in Mobile for 36 years and an instructor for almost that long. During this time I have met wonderful buyers, sellers and made friends and worked with a lot of Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Appraisers, Inspectors and Insurance Agents, etc... You all are the ones who have made it so easy to call Mobile my home. This year I am offering 2 Risk Management classes for only $10 each at my office. I will need to fill the class which is a maximum of 20 people before I cancel it. I will continue to give these classes until the end of the summer at the time of license renewal. This is my Thank You to the industry and the people who make Real Estate so enjoyable for me.
