The price of meal preps are $160 for 10 meals a week Monday - Friday. They are sold by pre-ordering only. Pick ups will be on Monday 12 noon - 6pm

( grilled chicken , grilled salmon , sautéed shrimp ,turkey meatballs)

Veggie options
(spinach , broccoli , asparagus , brown rice, sweet potatoes, cabbage, Brussels sprouts , other fresh vegetables).

10 entree meals $160

Most clients get assorted meal preps but
orders may be arranged to fit different dietary plans and allergies upon consultation. Meal preps are roughly 650 calories each.
