CHP is on scene investigating a major injury crash involving a solo overturned big rig. Currently, no traffic lanes are closed. Expect delays in the area.

🚔 Community Partnership Leads to DUI Arrest 🚔

Earlier today, employees at the Dollar General in Denair noticed a driver showing signs of impairment and did the right thing by reporting their concerns. CHP officers responded, conducted an investigation, and determined the driver was under the influence.

The driver was arrested for DUI and was found to be over three times the legal limit.

A big thank you to the alert employees who spoke up. Their actions may have prevented a serious crash and helped keep our community safe.

🚨 84 in a 65. Never licensed. Vehicle impounded.🚨

CHP stopped this driver for speeding at 84 MPH in a 65 MPH zone, and the driver has never had a driver license. The vehicle was subsequently impounded.
