Just came back from catering the Christmas party for US Healthworks with Cindy DeCamera and Donald Decamera. I really enjoyed the party and am blessed to have had the 'gig!' The menu was: Brie en croute au frambose et chocolat blanc (baked brie with raspberry and white chocolate), cranberry-port cheese ball with walnuts, crackers, hummus, pita pieces, salsa, salsa verde, tortilla chips, crudite, ranch dip, sausage-date bites wrapped in bacon, and last but not least was the lemon-fennel shrimp bruschetta! Great menu, great people, great experience! Thanks to the DeCameras for hiring me and for Dr. Rolland and David for hosting!

Looking forward to catering a party in a couple weeks. I love making the host/hostess look like superstars to their guests!
