216 glasses were sorted, packaged and delivered to Lion Paul Wagner at the 4-A1 District Meeting on Jan 17th, 2026. Lion Paul will deliver the glasses to Lions in Sight of California and Nevada Recycling Center. # Vision
The Club has volunteers, family and friends, and businesses collecting used glasses all year. Modesto Irrigation District and the Modesto Parks and Recreation employees regularly donate glasses to this cause. Almost 1000 glasses have been collected, packed in ziplock bags, and turned in for sorting and preparing for vision clinics in Mexico and other countries. All since July 1, 2025.
