Meet The Team - Matthew Curlette
Matt is a highly respected General Superintendent here at Rubik Built who day to day is running a portfolio of our current jobs including field ex*****on, strategic planning, team leadership, risk mitigation & stakeholder management.
He was drawn to work for our company for its emphasis on team building & and opportunity for personal career growth. With 30 years of experience under his belt, his favorite thing about working in construction is seeing projects come to fruition and ultimately become homes to those in his community.
In his spare time he enjoys hiking, camping, travel, golf & surfing. He is also gaining training & education as a Private Pilot for small aircraft!
