Dardanelle Area - Stanislaus National Forest

Please join me to explore the Dardanelle area on Highway 108, Saturday, August, 2nd, 9:00 a.m. We will meet at Columns of the Giants geological formation, about 1.6 miles east of Dardanelles resort, and continue to Douglas Flat Day Use, Forest Road 6N40Y, and possibly Donnell Vista. We will be looking for White-headed Woodpecker, American Dipper, Mountain Quail and early migrating birds. Please bring a hat, walking shoes, binoculars and lunch.
