Starting a 30 day challenge. Contest see who can lose the most weight in 3 catorgories (purchase is required) Quick Start for people with only 5-15 lbs to lose and weigh less than 130 lbs to start. Advanced for people with 15-30 lbs to lose and weigh less than 160 lbs. Ultimate is for anybody that has more than 30 lbs to lose must weigh more than 175 lbs. This challenge is for healthy weight lose to help you get to target weight (in Healthy zone) and BMI (body mass index). Measurements will need to be taken. If you BMI is under 20% to begin with you can not participate in this contest. Again this is for healthy weight lose. Target range for BMI is 20-25% and if large b***d and muscular it is 25-27%.
