Always beautiful this time of year!

December 15th & 16th is the McHenry Mansion’s Christmas Traditions by Candlelight. Step into the Victorian Age when many Christmas traditions began. Discover the origins of Christmas trees & cards, poinsettias, stockings, bells and other customs. See and learn about Christmas dinner in 1897.

Tickets: $10 adults, $5 kids 10 and under. Tickets available in advance at the Mansion Gift Store or at the door. 5:30 pm to last entrance at 7:30 pm. 924 15th Street.

On this date, December 7th, we observe National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day—a solemn occasion dedicated to honoring and remembering the 2,403 U.S. citizens who lost their lives in the unexpected attack on our bases in Hawaii in 1941.

We express eternal gratitude to all our citizens who sacrificed, served, and worked together to defeat a common enemy.
