Responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:

1- Greeting and interacting with our amazing clients.

2- Answering phone and scheduling.

3- Handling the flow of the office.

4- Keeping the office organize and clean.

5- Calling leads and following up with prospects.

6- Taking measurements and photos of client before and after red light therapy treatment.

7- Setting up and putting clients on the red light therapy bed ( training will be provided).

8- Keeping track and updating clients' charts.

9- Bilingual skills is a plus.

10- Ready to move mountains and have great work ethics.
