As the New year is upon us, we at often get asked is Crossfit for everyone? The honest answer is yes it can be! None of the coaches at Crossfit Quake started out as the typical “crossfitter”, but we have all fallen in love with the sport of Crossfit and community of our box! Everyone starts somewhere! The hardest part is making that first call and showing up!
