There are lots of neat ways to use tech to save lives. Consider what small thing you can try to invent or hobble together to do so.

Anyone interested in an unofficial chess tournament from Saturday 10:30 am to 12:30 pm December 5, 2020? Rate is $5/hour/player and RSVP is required to register and pay Modesto Academy. Temperatures will be taken and the office staff is requesting only healthy people come. If you want to join in as a virtual player, you must also abide by chess federation rules and contact Tat at [email protected] as well and let me know if you are virtual that you will be able to use to use Zoom, Skype, or Facetime (and should have your own board). The limit of virtual players will depend on how many players want virtual or online players as well. I have three possibly 4 laptops I can use at the Academy. We have a cap on players in the recital hall which the Academy is in charge of. Previous players that have attended get preference for a seat. Let us know what time slots you can attend. Please bring your own set if you can.
