Dynamic mobile fitness is still available and ready to come to you , but we now have a studio for you to come to also. Dynamic Fitness studio has a class for everybody.

DMF is thrilled with the turn out from our first ever Dynamic Gold event at Woodbridge Association; over 50 participants! Instructor Valerie really knows how to pick up the intensity in the room! As always, we are excited for what's to come!
