We don't get to bring this old National Register Candy Store cash register out to markets as much as we wish we could, but we absolutely love using it! It's super heavy (all those metal gears weigh a ton) so it's not easy to add to a market setup.

We're told it's from sometime in the 1920s. It counts up to $1 (in $0.05 increments), still makes the "ca-ching" sound, and counts the # of customers.

We brought it out two times this holiday season at Market in October and the Chicago Christkindlmarket in December.
