Nexlevel Ground Pros is proud to feature the Home Coming 2 project in Ravenel, SC. This project involved addressing the homeowners' concerns regarding A/C unit drainage, compounded by our discovery of early-stage erosion issues near the front porch attributed to gutter drainage. Working closely with the homeowners, we developed and executed a drainage installation plan. The project's complexity was heightened due to the challenging soil conditions and clay material, which necessitated rigorous excavation efforts. Nonetheless, our seasoned team successfully navigated these challenges and the adverse weather, culminating in a job well done. The final outcome reflects our team's pursuit of excellence, with a clean and precise ex*****on. We appreciate the clients' trust in our team and recognize the team's hard work and dedication.

Welcome to the Mitton Lane Road Project!!

The homeowner contacted us due to drainage issues in the front part of their property. Water was settling near the home, making access to the front gate difficult and creating concern around the driveway and foundation.

Every property is different, so this project required more than just installing drainage—it took planning, measurements, and problem-solving to make sure everything flowed correctly. Our team carefully mapped out elevations, pipe placement, and tied existing drainage, including the A/C drain line, into the system to create one complete solution.

✔️ Installed a walkway with culverts for access to the front gate
✔️ Added a gravel extension to the driveway
✔️ Regraded the area for proper water flow
✔️ Installed geotextile fabric and aggregate to prevent water from settling
✔️ Installed a closed-system French drain with emitter to move water away from the foundation

Sometimes the work people don’t see is what matters most—understanding how water moves and designing a system that works long term.
