Carolina Benchworks is thinking about the RV market. We’re doing this because auto makers have said by 2030 they want to be all electric. We love to camp , but guess what. Your not going to pull our 13000 lb trailer with an electric car.
So this is what we came up with. You’ve seen the teardrop, squaredrop, and all terrain trailers. We came up with our own version. Pictured is the prototype version still under construction. It sleeps 2 has a kitchen in the back, has an awning on the side that will have an enclosed shower and bathroom. Has ample storage on the front, back, and inside.
Here’s the best part, not only is the trailer only going to weigh about 1300 lbs so it can literally be pulled by any car. But the base price is going to start at $12000. We’re going to make 3 models Gypsy, Gypsy Deluxe, and Gypsy Extreme. Pictured is the prototype of the Gypsy Extreme. Price point for this model is $18000.
