Join us at 10:30 AM, tomorrow (Monday, April 13), as we take a tour of a chicken coop and learn all about chickens! The presenter(s) will be on hand to answer any comments or posts. We hope you will join in the fun!

Nearly half of Americans didn’t go outside to recreate in 2018. That has the outdoor industry worried. Sobering statistics in the Outdoor Participation Report show even kids are staying inside. “We should really be concerned as a nation that we are becoming an indoor nation,” Outdoor Foundation boss Lise Aangeenbrug says.

Southern Ark Explorers 4H club has been serving Union County Youth since 2012. Our programming varies each month where our focus is learning by doing. It is our goal to spark an interest that a youth will want to explore and cultivate. We believe in giving our hands to larger service while making our community a better place. 4H creates a more well rounded youth where each child’s interest can be explored!
