Limited edition specialty cheese. Aged 5 months. Local honey. Organic lavender flowers. Dipped in locally sourced bees wax. Made with 100% Monroe Creamery A2/A2 Jersey Raw Milk, this is a whole fat medium farmstead white cheddar. Medium to sharp flavor with lavender notes and subtle honey undertones.

Smallest batch ever. We only made 1 wheel and waited 5 months of aging.
