Due to delayed office renovations, our resident event for tomorrow is canceled.

Our new resident event will now take place on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. We will be hosting a breakfast on the go from 6:30am - 11am (*while supplies last) in the office. There will be an assortment of goodies and drinks to choose from.

Also, don't forget about our "Back-To-School Supply Drive" for our resident students. We have had a number of generous donations from M2 Property Group, Residents, Vendors, and Staff. If your student needs anything for the upcoming school year, please stop by to shop our table through the month of September during Mon - Fri from 9am - 5pm.

It’s almost that time of year again for our young residents. Back-To-School! 🏫🚌🚸

We would like to kick off their school year by making sure they are ready with all the supplies they need. Starting tomorrow, August 8th, in honor of “Take a penny - Leave a Penny” Day, we will be holding a school supply donation drive at the office thanks to the generous donation from M2 Property Management Group and Sterling Pointe Staff. This donation drive will be held through the whole month of August.🪙

“Take a Penny-Leave a Penny” Day is more than just a celebration of a small copper coin, it helps us to appreciate how this simple gesture fosters an act of generosity and mutual aid. So, in spirit and celebration of Take a Penny-Leave a Penny Day, we will be displaying a Back-to-School Donation box/table at the office. This donation box/table will represent the "Take a Penny-Leave a Penny" tray. We will be accepting donations daily at the office. Please see the list below for supplies needed.

If you are a parent of one of our young residents who is in need of supplies, please feel free to stop by the office with your student to “shop” for any item they need for their list. There will also be some additional treats to take home. School supplies and treats are while supplies last. 📖 🎒 🖊 🖍
