Join us on Saturday, November 18, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. to kick off your holiday shopping or secure some delicious treats for Thanksgiving. Talented local artisans, artists, woodworkers, craft makers, bakers, and more will be set up in Heirloom Park at the Covington Welcome Center at 1143 Oak Street SE, Covington 30014.

This Saturday October 14th is AG Day on the Covington Square from 10-1. I will be a vendor and with have plenty of farm fresh eggs and cookies.

Thinking about what you’re going to do to cap off fall break or just making weekend plans? Our 2023 Ag Day celebration is this coming weekend and it’s the last farmers market of the 2023 season!

🌽On Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., not only will there be local farmer’s market booths at Ag Day on the Square, The New Apostles of Bluegrass will provide musical entertainment while attendees check out the petting zoo, antique tractors, and booths from our friends at Newton County Young Farmers, Eastside High School, FFA, Newton County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee, Newton County Young Farmers & Ranchers, UGA Extension & 4-H in Newton County, Berry's Tree Farm, LLC and Newton County Schools L4GA.

Let’s celebrate the wonderful impact of agriculture and agri-tourism in Covington and Newton County. The Covington Farmers Market…and Ag Day…where community grows strong.

We are down to the last five Covington Farmers Market of our 2023 season! The farmers market will be open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on September 16, September 23, September 30 and October 7 at Heirloom Park at the Covington Welcome Center (1143 Oak Street SE, 30014) and then on the Square in conjunction with our 2023 Ag Day Celebration on Saturday, October 14th.

Saturdays in August are for fitness, farmers markets and community fun!

Starting at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 19, Covington Family YMCA will have a FREE fitness class in downtown Covington. Dance, workout, and have a good time in the shade of the beautiful magnolia tree on the Square!

Then from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., stop by the Covington Farmers Market and purchase some of the most incredible baked goods, farm fresh veggies, natural body care, grass fed beef and chicken and more from local vendors. Just two blocks off the Square at the Covington Welcome Center (1143 Oak Street SE, 30014), don't miss out on:
