Honest question, do you feel like this helps promote the sale of a home? I have seen quite a few videos with these types of effects lately.. I can’t be the only one that immediately thinks “gas leak” 😅

Sure, it stops the scroll..

But does it build trust?
Does it highlight craftsmanship?
Does it help a buyer picture their life there?

Or does it just look cool for 3 seconds?

I definitely think these types of videos serve a purpose.. they get views. And if your goal is attention and engagement, we can absolutely bring that to life!

If your goal is to market a home in the most cinematic and elegant way possible… we can do that too 📸 It just depends on what you’re trying to accomplish.

I know I am friends with a ton of creatives and agents in this space.. I’d love to hear your opinions! Hopefully I’m not stirring the pot too much 🙂
