This transformation y’all!! 😍 When I look back on the condition this place was in its insane we even attempted this. Remodeling is a true labor of love, but it’s so rewarding. It’s not like new construction where everything is new and in good condition. You have to break it down to its bare bones and make sure you’re clearing up all the potential issues and man did this one have some issues. We did it though! We are almost there! My husband and I do this together. I make most of the decisions, and he makes them happen. This would have been impossible without owning our own construction company and without all of our subcontractors that have worked tirelessly to bring this back to life! We have a fantastic team and some of the hardest working crews you’ll find! We are almost there as we finish up stone work and landscaping. I can’t wait for you to see the official interior transformation coming soon!

The school house/ATV storage is painted! I love how it turned out! If you haven’t been following this page for long, the short version of it is... this 100 acre property we are restoring came with an old run down farmhouse and this school house which is the well house. The former owner was a teacher, so they just decided to make the well house cute and functional and made it look like a school house. It even has a real bell! Since I’m a teacher too this has always just felt like it was meant for me! Successfully restored!! Check out the before picture! How’d we do?
