Our farm is family owned with over 30 years of experience and conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Monroe WA.

- 100 acres with a hacking path and creek that bisects the property
- Grain and supplements fed (owner provided)
- Tack Locker
- 3 hot/cold washracks
- 2 round pens (both covered, 1 sand the other dirt)
- Indoor Arena with LED lighting and mirrors (80x180)
- Outdoor Arena (240x120)
- Arena and roundpens drug and watered daily
- Bumper Pull and Gooseneck Trailer Parking available (Semi horse trailer spots are limited)
- Multiple horse owners live on site
- AM/PM barn and pasture checks
