You are free to park in the Washington Plaza parking lot (lining Washington St.), Skent N Dent parking lot, The Hub parking lot, the Milner Building (212 Walnut St. Monroe, LA), between the Milner Building and Hotel Monroe there is PAY TO PARK but feel free to use. AVOID PARISH PARKING LOT ACROSS N2nd FROM THE HUB.
