Meet Mimi Vickers, one of our behavior technicians and trainers at our Lansing Center! 💙

Mimi has such a beautiful approach to working with our learners. Her passion for this work shines through in everything she does. Mimi’s favorite way to connect with learners is through child-led play and mirroring the activities they love. Whether that’s racing around the gym like ice skaters or splashing around in a water bin, she makes sure every learner feels seen and valued for their personalities and interests.

Fun Fact: Mimi has been in the top 0.01% of global fans for Kesha on Spotify for the past 3 years! 🎶

Our learners see, feel, and understand the world in ways that are uniquely their own. For some, it looks like routines, favorite foods, or sensory friendly clothes for comfort. For others, it’s deep special interests, sensory tools, or needing a safe place to recharge. 💙

At ABA Insight, we celebrate these differences. Our goal is to support, empower, and uplift every individual so they can thrive as their authentic self!
