The National Weather Service (JAN) has issued a/an Flash Flood Warning for East Carroll, Franklin, Madison, Morehouse, Richland, Tensas & West Carroll Parish from 9:01 PM Sunday until 12:00 AM Monday.

At 901 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
