Today was on School Safety and Church Security. I attended his class at ILEETA a few years ago on designing live fire training for active shooter threats. It was outstanding and this training didn’t disappoint.

Summary - TIME & MATH

LESSON #1: Cops can’t wait for SWAT. (learned after Columbine)

LESSON #2: Victims can’t wait for cops! (we still haven’t learned this one)

Not that the police couldn’t handle it, but it takes too much time! Time equals bodies.
