On day 7, we have Mrs. Patience Talley!
Patience is the Director of Community Centers and Programs for the City of Monroe, where she manages and creates programs, activities, and events for all seven centers.
Patience received her Bachelors in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University and her Masters in Sports Management from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
Her passion and interests include empowering women and minorities to reach their full potential and seek leadership in their communities. She is a member of the ULM Women’s Symposium board, the Junior League of Monroe and Vision 2020 – National Women’s Equality Initiative.
Patience is the co-owner of Journey 4 Success, a non-profit organization designed to help teens and young reach career success and the co-owner of Key Marketing Solutions, a digital marketing company.
Patience enjoys serving as the First Lady of St. Joseph Missionary Baptist Church where she is active through ministry and song.
Today, we put the spotlight on you Patience! Keep doing great things within our community while having such a positive influence on others!
