We’re proud to recognize two outstanding achievements within our team!

Brian Synan was honored for his 20-year CPM designation anniversary, marking two decades of professional excellence and commitment to the industry.

Rebecca Watson was recognized as the Western PA Chapter CPM of the Year and installed as the 2026 IREM Western PA Chapter President.

Congratulations to Brian and Rebecca on these well-deserved recognitions and their continued leadership within the IREM community.

We're excited to announce the expansion of our commercial portfolio with the recent acquisition of four flex buildings in Greensburg Industrial Park! This marks Sampson Morris Group’s entry into the Greensburg Flex market, and we’re thrilled to be part of this growing and dynamic community.

Our very own Ben Sampson and his crew chartered Cara, a Sunsail 40, to race—and a catamaran to host their friends. Today, Poulet Peeps (named for the humble chicken) took first place in the Bareboat class at the BVI Spring Regatta! Congrats to Ben and the team! 🎉
