This is a petition that was discussed in the meeting yesterday about the lack of action from our SGA. If anyone would like to print this out and help get signatures it would be much appreciated. These petitions are due by Wednesday so the more help the better!

Tuition Aid Grants not increasing enough to help with rising cost of tuition.

State TAG awards lag tuition hikes for some low-income N.J. students State aid for New Jersey's popular tuition aid grant, or TAG, program increased by 5 percent this year, but many students will only see small increases in their checks.

Support the NJ Dream Act? Think tuition equity for everyone regardless of citizenship should be a thing? Stop by any of these events happening across the state and ask how you can get involved.

Arizona's statewide student organization has already been defunded and thus "outlawed" this year. Once again a highly-conservative state sets a precedent on legislation and others follow suit.

These bills look as if they are modeled after "Right to Work" legislation. Workers can opt-out of paying dues. Even though the union protects workers, if they aren't funded [enough] they cease to function as-is.

This is clearly an attack on students and the aim is to prohibit them from organizing. It must be stopped.
