Not every transaction is smooth… and this one definitely tested everyone involved. 🏡🔥
This sale took over a year to get across the finish line. We had multiple deals fall apart because the buyers simply weren’t aligned for the right reasons, but we stayed disciplined, trusted the process, and never abandoned the game plan. 📈
In the end, we hit the numbers our seller wanted and got the job done. 💪🏼
One thing this business constantly reminds me is how important the people involved are. We accepted an offer from a brokerage led by a broker I’ve respected for years, and his agent was outstanding throughout the entire transaction — positive, communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented every step of the way. 🤝
Deals like this aren’t easy, but when you have the right professionals working together instead of creating dead weight, problems get solved and transactions close. 🏁
Most importantly, I’m grateful my clients can now move forward into the next chapter of their lives, and I’m thankful this deal also created a new relationship with another solid agent in the business. 🙏🏼
