About Heart Center Fitness by Kai

My name is Kai, and I’m originally from Tallinn, Estonia. From a very young age, I discovered how powerful movement could be—not just for the body, but for the mind and soul. Every time I moved, I felt stronger, freer, and more alive.

Life has taken me through many different paths and jobs before I finally stepped fully into fitness, but one thing has always remained: my passion for movement and the healing power it brings. I’m blessed to share this journey with my husband, Lonnie, who has supported every dream I’ve ever had, big or small. Together, we’ve created two incredible children, and as a homeschooling family, we embrace adventure, travel, and capturing life’s beauty through our drone videos. We live every day like it might be our last—because life is too precious to hold back.

My journey hasn’t always been easy. In 2017–2018, I battled depression, and during that season of my life, faith and fitness became my lifelines. Movement gave me strength when I felt weak, clarity when I felt lost, and joy when I thought it was gone. Without it, I truly don’t know where I’d be today. That’s why I am deeply passionate about helping others rediscover what movement can do for their lives—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

At Heart Center Fitness by Kai, you’ll find more than just workouts. You’ll find a supportive space to move your body, strengthen your heart, and nurture your spirit. My mission is to remind you that you are stronger than you know, loved beyond measure, and never alone on this journey.
