Getting ready for the new year

OMG...I love early Christmas with loved ones. Flowers, food faces, cute kids, snacks, and a Bridgerton fireplace...pretty perfect.

The monterey art scene does not disappoint. Snacks, music, art, reflection...good times.

Unspoken words hold a lot of power. When something is said or written it comes into being even if it doesn't last. But when words are held they become burned into your heart and brain and I don't want anymore invisible scars. I'm working on ways to release the words that need to be spoken, even if they go unheard.
