Meet Kiet 👋

If you’ve stopped by our office recently or given us a call, chances are you’ve already met Kiet!

What started as an internship quickly turned into a full-time role, and we couldn’t be happier to have him as our Assistant Property Manager.

Kiet is often the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors and most likely the first voice you’ll hear when you call. From property showings and move-ins to move-outs and answering inquiries, he’s always ready to help make your experience with Wayland Properties as smooth as possible.

His positive attitude, willingness to jump in wherever needed, and genuine care for our clients have made him an invaluable part of our team.

Fun fact: Kiet is also the first male team member in Wayland Properties’ history and we think he fits right in.
