Homelessness doesn't always look the way people expect—especially when it comes to young people.

Community Human Services' Street Outreach Programs for Youth meet unhoused and at-risk youth ages 24 and under where they are, providing crisis intervention, food, hygiene supplies, counseling, life skills support, family reunification services, and connections to safe housing. Most importantly, our outreach teams build trust, offering compassion and support without judgment. ❤️
