The final job of the day that we finished up on Thursday evening. The customer had an old rotted shed ramp, and a trip hazard in front of the shed doors. So we rebuilt the ramp and custom built a stair with matching 10X6 Trex composite deck board. It will never rot, and we applied grip tape to keep them safe and slip proof!

Here at The Helpful Neighbor, this is one of our favorite times of the year! (minus the heat and humidity of course 😂) Now is when we get to spend a lot of time outdoors, while getting all your exterior needs accomplished! For example, power washing decks, walkways and driveways, replacing light fixtures and floodlights, clean outs/replacment of gutters and downspouts, replacing any rotted wood on decks, mailboxes windows and sheds, and much more!

Another job we just finished up today! The customer had a mailbox that was not installed with pressure-treated wood, so over time it rotted at the base. We removed the existing mailbox and post, and centered the mailbox in the mulch bed. It was anchored 2 feet down with Sika post anchor mix, then the sleeve and box installed on top!

A small job we just finished up. The homeowner had leaking in their whirlpool bath tub above their garage. So we went in and remediated the mold and any potential spores. Then installed furring strips and replaced the drywall, tape/spackled. (Spackle still wet in pictures)

His downspout also disconnected from his gutter, so we refastened them together, then added support straps to prevent it from happening again!
