There is nothing quite like the sound of children laughing on a playground. ☀️💙

At AIM, we know that maintaining family connections matters, and we're grateful for opportunities that allow children to create positive memories with their mothers. This Saturday's visitation was extra special as the children were able to enjoy time outside on the playground.

A special thank you to the Alabama Department of Corrections for helping make this day possible. We would also like to recognize the Alabama Department of Child Abuse & Neglect Prevention for supporting AIM's visitation program and helping us strengthen family connections across Alabama.

Rainy day, but we’re still making a splash over here at AIM 🌧️🚿

While it’s pouring outside, progress is happening inside! Our bathroom renovation is underway, and we couldn’t be more grateful to the Montgomery Sunrise Rotary Club for investing in this project and helping us move it forward.

And let’s hear it for PressureWorksPlus 👏doing amazing work, staying on budget, and turning a much-needed fix into something we’re truly proud of.

From worn floors to fresh starts… this space is getting the upgrade it deserves 💙

Rain or shine, we’re restoring hope one project at a time.

Stay tuned—we’ve got more updates coming!

AIM received a wonderful abundance of donations today from the beautiful ladies of Mada Montgomery Antioch District Association. The ladies truly went above and beyond to ensure our incarcerated mothers know they are still loved and forgiven. President of the women’s auxiliary Sister Anne Stark, chairperson sister Debrame Gilchrist along with her committee sister Venus Babbies, sister Rena Anthony, Donnetta Gholston, and Chainella Franks are the reason Thai was possible and for that we are forever grateful.

Because of Montgomery Sunrise Rotary Club support, we’re able to repair one of the bathrooms at our transitional home creating a safe, comfortable space for the women and children we serve.
And if you’re looking for something fun today… their Shrimp Boil is happening now and you can still attend! 🦐

The kids are proudly wearing their Alabama Department of Child Abuse & Neglect Prevention shirts as a reminder that prevention starts with connection, support, and community.
