”Too Old to Rock 'n' Roll; Too Young to Die.”

Fellow design entrepreneurs, quick tip. Just spent several days investigating e-signature services to use for client contracts. My recommendation: Adobe Sign. See below for full details. Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe

Shake Law by Legal Shield was my go-to for years but system bugs made me look elsewhere. HelloSign seems good and integrates with HubSpot CRM. I've only lightly tested it; but sending greater than 3 contracts a month requires a $15/mo subscription.

But I then realized that my Adobe Creative Cloud (all apps) subscription includes Adobe Sign. Why pay extra for another service when you already have one that you can easily use on both desktop and mobile?

I draft my contracts in Google Docs and within the Google Docs app, select Send & Export > Send a Copy > Choose PDF format, saving it in the same file folder on my Google Drive (whatever cloud storage and file structure you choose).

Next, I use the Adobe Acrobat app to Fill & Sign my signature and date it. Then, I open the Adobe Sign app to send for signature.

There may be a more streamlined way of utilizing the mobile apps, but that's the best way I've come about it.

On desktop, you would just open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat and then Fill/Sign and Send for Signature all within the one app.

Hope this helps!
