ATTENTION! I just found out about this less than 1 hour ago from ACES leadership.

Please read and be aware of a change regarding all Limited Warranties from all manufacturers of HVAC equipment sold and installed in Texas. The Texas legislature passed HB2110 which went into effect on September 1, 2021. In summary, All residential HVAC equipment installed from that date forward, will maintain their original limited warranty term, regardless of who the current homeowner is. There is NO change in the term length if the original purchaser sells the home, and transfer fees are no longer required. Registration is still REQUIRED for the equipment to receive the extended terms, and the equipment MUST be registered within 60 days of installation. At this time, the factory has no plans to facilitate a communication for distribution to our dealers.

Mercy Air is now selling air filters by the case. Standard size 1” filters are $90/case. 4” wide filters are $120/case. I will deliver to local customers for free. These filters are MERV 8 pleated.
