Looking for a live-in maintenance/security - offering a 2 BR/2 BA apartment in TRADE for approximately 15 hours a week of general maintenance, grounds keeping, and security at a self storage facility.

This is primarily a NON-PAID position; contracted in trade for the apartment. Tenant will also be expected to pay a flat rate for utilities ($150/Month).
Must be available every evening(7pm) to check and secure gated access.
A background check and drug test will be required.
