Congratulations to all the new ranks at Wilson Dojo!! These classes have been a lot of fun ❤️ It's been rewarding to see how much the little ones have progressed and how disciplined the older ones have become.

We missed a few due to sickness, but appreciate them not sharing in class 🤒 We will recognize their promotions later.

Promotions of two students were also honored at the one-year anniversary of the opening of Wilson Isshinryu Karate at Wilson YMCA 🥰 These students have been in attendance since the very first class in 2025.

Wilson Isshinryu Karate promoted its first round of 9th kyu - orange belts- last night, with assistance from Grandview Isshinryu Karate students. Wilson Isshinryu Assistant Instructor Arie Post led a successful testing program, while the announcement of her recognition as a Finalist in the Isshinryu Hall of Fame posted.
