LEARN the moves using our choreography tutorial.
UPLOAD a video of yourself rocking these moves! Don’t forget to tag and use the hashtag (80's gear optional)

Then, tune in to our social media accounts on Tuesday, 4.14 where we'll select ONE lucky winner to receive a REFIT Happy Kit valued at $100!! We’ll also spotlight some of our favorite video submissions.

Let me introduce you to the biggest REFIT cheerleader 📣 around... this Alaina and she rocks! She’s been dancing with me since I stumbled across REFIT in 2015. If you haven’t had a chance to meet her, come to my class on Tuesday you’ll get a big hug, great conversation, and get a chance to check out her awesome moves. When I invite friends to come try a dance class I hear a lot of excuses... but Alaina wants you to know that if she can do it, you can too. You may think vision is needed to dance, but not even that can stop 🛑 what you love. Alaina is legally blind and is the first person to jump on the stage and help lead a song or model a modification. Come dance with us, this truly is a space where every BODY belongs!
