To my friends who are suffering this time of year… it is okay to NOT be okay. You have lost loved ones, both human and fur. You have lost jobs and opportunities and are struggling. You suffer from S.A.D. or are fighting a disease. There are multiple hardships and triggers this time of year.

You are not alone. You are loved. You are seen. You are heard. It is okay to not be okay this time of year.

It is through others that we can learn about ourselves, but we can also lose ourselves too.
