The paving is ALMOST done - all but a little section where we connect to Taylortown Road, which is getting finished this morning. We won’t be able to drive on it until the end of the day, BUT, customers can park across the street and walk to the Honey House. Or, just plan to visit tomorrow. So sorry for the inconvenience! Just think how much easier it’s going to be on everyone’s suspension, not to mention our spines! UPDATE: All done! Come on back!

Some folks - like me - always seem to need to get into new varieties of mischief. My most recent venture is this: I’m now a published author!

“Tell the Bees” is a murder mystery centered around beekeepers and the most pressing issue facing honey bees today - the deadly parasite Varroa destructor. Published by Wicwas Press, the novel will soon be available on Amazon. I believe, and have been assured, that it’s a fun read, and, if you don’t know much about bees but would like to learn more, unlike every other novel centered around honey bees, the information in this one - coming from an EAS-certified Master Beekeeper who has taught beekeeping for a quarter century - is accurate.
