2024 is all about being more Productive
These are 4 of the major mistakes that I see busy working parents making...
Here are some simple strategies to improve your level of productivity at home and at work this first quarter
1.) Make Self Care a Mandatory: you have to show up for yourself before you can show up for other people.
Add into your schedule 20 minutes a day to work on your own personal physical or mental health. Go for a 20 minute walk, do a meditation practice, or even just spend a few minutes journaling.
2.) Get Moving: in todays world we spend A LOT of time on technology
Plan to get up and move your body every 60-90 minutes. Get up and do a 3 minute stretch, take a phone call while walking around your office, or simply just get up and go to the bathroom
3.) Slow down: slow down and focus on completing one task at a time. Your brain is actually more productive when it is able to focus on one thing at a time.
4.) Be Consistent: come up with a schedule that works for you and stick to it. Start keeping promises to yourself to help build confidence
