This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the courageous men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our nation. Their bravery, selflessness and dedication will always be remembered.

The Moore Fire Department extends our gratitude to all who have served and asks our community to take a moment today to remember those who never made it home.

Crews from all three shifts attended Isaac Frazier’s “Tactical Extrication” class this week, where they received hands on training using our new AMKUS battery powered extrication tools.

This training provided the opportunity to sharpen their skills and save time during emergency operations, where seconds can make the difference between life and death.

We would like to thank Isaac Frazier for sharing his knowledge and expertise, as well as Time’s Up Towing and Recovery for donating the vehicles used during the training.
