Crusaders

Imagine for a moment that you're celebrating your 65th birthday. You're surrounded by all of your family. Kids, grandchildren, parents, and closest friends. You have just had a great celebration. But something has been weighing heavy on your heart for the past few weeks. As the night winds down and everyone had gone. You find yourself laying in bed thinking about the last 40 years or so. This time it's not about how beautiful your life has been and the family that God has blessed you with. Instead you're burdened with one thought. "If I had known then what I know now". Wishing that instead I was meeting my wife at the breakfast table and planning a family vacation for my children and their children.
