At Catalyst Family, we realize that strong communities are built when schools, families, and community partners work together with intention. That’s why our ExpandEd Learning division was created to go beyond traditional child care and support school districts with programs that extend learning beyond the classroom.

While Catalyst Kids focuses on all the stages of early childhood education and child care, ExpandEd Learning was designed specifically for school-age students through academic support, enrichment opportunities, and social-emotional development that complement the school day in partnership with school districts.

As family and student needs continue to evolve, these partnerships are more important than ever. We’re proud of the work our teams do every day to help students stay engaged, supported, and connected to learning.

Celebrating the Success of Kids Expo Tahoe 2026

A big congratulations to our Catalyst Community team for hosting another successful Kids Expo in South Lake Tahoe!

The event welcomed more than 700 children and family members and featured over 50 vendors, sponsors, performers, and community partners dedicated to supporting local families. Attendees enjoyed a variety of free activities and entertainment while connecting with valuable community resources and services.
